You may be familiar with the work of Byron Katie.
Katie say's:
“A creative mind benefits everyone, it is for all of us! You get flourishing businesses in times of recession!”
Without fear you are more creative. The fearless mind is unlimited mind...there are many opportunities to open minds. ".

Tamsin Barks and Peter van Hecke are co-presenting running a one-day practical workshop to help you use Byron Katie’s method "The Work" in your own life if you should choose to gain freedom from your old problems. She has found it a wonderful way of working with many of her own old unhealthy patterns of thinking.

Stressful things do happen to us, this will give you a method so you can transcend these challenges as they arise.

You can do 'The Work' on anything that bothers you, other people, beliefs, body, your addictions, eating, neighbours, the computer!

Once you get started the process is simple and easy, and if something bothers you at 3 o'clock in the morning... just do it!

Tamsin has found that “since starting to do "The Work' five years ago all my relationships have significantly improved, I am now able to move more quickly to a loving place both for myself and others, rather than my old pattern of being stuck in anger, hurt or pain for long periods”

During this workshop, you will learn:
  • Learn how to use the Work on your stressful thinking
  • Experience the impact on your life when you believe thoughts that are not true
  • Discover new possibilities and different perspectives
  • Learn how to facilitate yourself and others using the Work’s four questions and turnarounds
  • Realise what is true for you, and take home a powerful tool that can help you live with clarity and integrity
