This two-day workshop, which is designed for both life coaches and non-coaches, will focus on ways in which participants can solve problems and achieve goals that might seem impossible- as well as become leaders who give hope and courage to others, whether professionally or informally.
Using battle-tested life coaching strategies, cutting-edge research from fields including neuroscience and behavioral medicine, and the circumstances of participants’ real lives, Dr Martha Beck will demonstrate how taking up one’s personal authority in any situation can lead to unexpected options, problem-solving insights, and an enduring, pervasive, well-justified sense of confidence.
Dr Beck’s previous work emphasizes adjusting the perceptions and thoughts that underlie, and often create, life’s thorniest dilemmas. In this workshop, she will focus on the pragmatic processes of problem-solving one’s way toward success.
If you are facing a challenge in your family life, career, coaching practice, or anywhere else, this workshop will teach you how to lead the situation to a desirable conclusion.
And if you are trying to help others with their own difficulties, the workshop will help you lead without dominating them or exhausting yourself. Join us for two days of creativity, adventure, learning and empowerment!
